The Vietnamese installed Cambodia's leaders Heng Samrin and Hun Sen. They had both defected to Vietnam from the Khmer Rouge in 1978 and 1977. Hun Sen became foreign minister (1979 - 1985) and then Premier in 1985. 1990 to 2002 >>
